To implement, we need to understand how our system works, so we can work with it.

These 8 foundational principles prevent anxiety 80% of the time.

Recognising safety, makes it way easier to return to it in moments when triggered.

- Through trauma-informed, body-based tools we support the release of stored tension and emotional holding patterns in the body.
