Move & Connect with Heart Inteligence

This is an unique event centered around Embodied expression & consciously connecting with others while staying rooted in oneself.

Inspired by the HeartIQ method and using embodiment & dance practices, we - Oana and Janneke - will encourage you to tap into your body, harnessing the wisdom and soul contained within.

Together we'll go on a journey of self-exploration while practicing how to express authentically and vulnerably in a safe and clear way.

As the evening unfolds, a sacred space will be created for people to connect on a deeper level, fostering meaningful meeting points with one another. With love and kindness we'll hold space to whatever is alive in the present moment. All feelings are welcome.
