Open to performers, artists, and anyone curious about embodied expression. No prior experience is required—just curiosity and willingness to move and explore.
Who I am:
I am a performer and experienced facilitator, trained across diverse European theatre and performative traditions. I create safe, supportive spaces where participants feel free to experiment, play, and open their creativity.

There is no pressure to perform. You will be invited to participate at your own pace within a supportive group environment.
Do I need any prior experience?
No. The workshop is open to everyone: no background in theatre, dance, or performance is required.
How many people will participate?
The group is kept relatively small to ensure a safe and attentive space. (I expect around 10-12 people)
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you are welcome to use your ticket for a future workshop.
