What our classes looks like:
Our Nervous system Reset class is given through Zoom.
In class, you’ll be gently guided through a combination of breathing, somatic shaking, self-massage, and reflective journaling. We conclude our class with a sharing circle, where you can can connect and reflect with others around your experience (always optional).
