✨ Manifest your dreams
Join me for an intimate sound journey with cacao, intention setting, and deep rest — a space to Tune In, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
For this session, I welcome you into my studio above my home. In this cozy and intimate setting, with a maximum of 6 women, we create a safe space to slow down and open to what you truly desire.
This evening is centered around manifesting your dreams — connecting to your desires, expanding your vision, and allowing yourself to receive.
We begin with a cup of ceremonial cacao, sourced from Maya communities — connecting us back to the roots and spirit of this plant. Together we take a moment to arrive, set intentions, and connect with what you wish to attract into your life.
From there, I guide you into stillness through a sound journey. While crystal singing bowls are at the heart of each session, I also work intuitively with other instruments such as tuning forks, wind gong, chimes, and voice.
The sound supports you in aligning with your intentions — helping you soften resistance, open your awareness, and connect to what you truly wish to manifest.
Afterwards, there will be some time for reflection, helping you anchor this new beginning.
Looking forward to see you there ❤️

What to expect
Sound healing is not about doing, but about receiving. It’s a practice that uses vibration and frequency to calm the mind, relax the body, and open space for healing and clarity. The sounds work like a gentle reset — helping your nervous system to relax and your energy to rebalance.
It is not a medical treatment, but a supportive tool for wellbeing. The same goes for every tool used during this session.
The setting is in my home studio, creating an intimate and cozy space for you to fully arrive. I’ll do my best to minimize outside sounds, though of course I can’t control everything beyond the space. If a sound arises during the session, you can use it as an invitation to refocus — a gentle reminder to sink even deeper into the journey.
What to bring
- You’re welcome to bring your own journal for intention setting and reflection (I will also have paper available).
- Comfort is key: I’ll provide yoga mats, eye pillows, and blankets, but if you get cold quickly or prefer your own things, feel free to bring them.
- A bottle of water to stay hydrated.
Good to mention
If you’re pregnant, have epilepsy, a pacemaker, recent surgery, or another condition you’re unsure about, please let me know before booking — I’ll be happy to discuss with you and make sure the session is safe and comfortable. Also, if you have any allergies, please let me know at least a week before, so I can make adjustments to the incense/sage I will use & the cacao.
