Family Constellation – Insight into What's Unconsciously at Play

A family constellation makes visible what was invisible.
What you once saw, felt, or learned about money, success, scarcity, or love still lives on in your system. Some patterns help you, others keep you small or stuck in repetition.
Think of something simple like opening a door. You once saw it, tried it, and from that moment it became automatic. That's also how it works with behavior and beliefs. What you absorbed as a child about money, relationships, or yourself becomes automatic. And as long as it remains unconscious, you keep repeating it, even if deep down you want something different.

During a family constellation, we literally bring those unconscious dynamics into view.
The question holder intuitively chooses people from the group as representatives—sometimes for father or mother, sometimes for something abstract like money, safety, or freedom. Once everyone has their place, the field begins to speak. What reveals itself cannot be thought up. It moves, touches, and heals exactly where it's needed.
You don't need any experience. The role of representative is just as valuable as that of question holder.

Often, as a representative, you gain insights about your own themes. Sometimes you feel sadness, warmth, or resistance—all of it is okay. It doesn't come from you as a person, but from the energy you're representing.
We don't work with fixed themes; the day naturally attracts what wants to be seen. Upon arrival, we briefly share what everyone is dealing with, and from there the theme of the session emerges.
