On this day you will learn how to genuinely connect with yourself, the music, and your partner. Explore different ways of expressing yourself through movement and towards the person in front of you. This is where partner dancing stops being a monologue and becomes a real conversation.

What is this day about?
This is a special day dedicated to exploring connection and expression across different partner dance styles, taught by different artists, each bringing their own perspective.

Whether you're a seasoned dancer comfortable in multiple styles and roles, or a beginner still finding your footing in the dance scene, this day is for you. If you're done just learning combinations and ready to dive deeper into what dancing is truly about , join us!

Learn how to genuinely connect with yourself, the music, and your partner. Explore different ways of expressing yourself through movement and towards the person in front of you. This is where partner dancing stops being a monologue and becomes a real conversation.

About the Day
The day will be hosted by Dawn (Uncover Dance) and Anita (Rising Dancers Coaching). We'll open with a grounding warm-up and mindset coaching to make sure everyone feels present in their body & mind, and close with stretching and reflection. We'll be available throughout the entire day for questions, support, and conversation. If at any point you feel unsafe, insecure, or unwell, please come to us. We've got you.

All workshops are open level. Rather than learning new combinations, you'll discover new ways of moving and layering movement together. Each artist will focus on methods and techniques that deepen your connection with your partner and expand your self-expression. To get the most out of the workshops, a basic understanding of each dance style is recommended (except for Douceur). You'll have the chance to attend workshops in 3 different styles, with 2 rooms running simultaneously.

In the evening, the social brings everything together across 2 rooms:

Room 1: Salsa, Bachata & Kizomba
Room 2: Zouk and Tarraxo/Douceur (alternating)

This is your space to integrate, practice, and play with everything you've explored during the day. Come with an open heart, present in your body, ready to connect with other beautiful souls through dance.

Throughout the day, free (limited) soft drinks and snacks are included. We recommend bringing your own lunch and you are also welcome to bring snacks/drinks. For dinner there is the option to order a poke bowl on location or eat something in the neighborhood.
