Autumn Equinox: a micro-dose journey for women

Around this time of year we arrive at Mabon, the Autumn Equinox. A sacred turning point where day and night stand in perfect balance before the darker half of the year slowly begins to take over.

In many traditions Mabon is known as the second harvest festival. The fields are heavy with what has ripened through the summer, and nature begins to draw its energy inward. It is a moment to pause, take stock of what this year has brought you, and gently prepare for a more reflective season.

Where Lughnasadh invites the first harvest, Mabon asks a deeper question:
What truly nourished you this year?
And what are you ready to lay down before moving into the quieter months?

Around this time, a full moon also rises nearby, illuminating what is ready to be acknowledged and released. Full moons naturally bring things to the surface; emotions, insights and patterns that are asking to be seen with honesty and compassion.

Together, the energy of the equinox and the full moon create a powerful portal for reflection, balance and energetic clearing.

This evening we gather for The Big Energetic Cleanse – Mabon Edition.
A grounding and deeply nourishing space to reset your nervous system, release stagnant energy and reconnect with your inner equilibrium as the seasons shift.

During this circle you can expect:

• (optional) ceremonial cacao to open the ceremony
• (optional) microdose of truffle for gentle inner exploration
• grounding and guided meditation
• conscious breath and body awareness
• sharing and reflection
• energetic cleansing with sage, mugwort and sound
• space to reflect, release and restore balance

This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about creating space.

Space to slow down.
Space to honour the journey of this year.
Space to enter the darker season feeling centred, grounded and clear.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

- Comfortable, layered clothing

- Journal & pen
- Anything you’d like to place on the altar
- Your favorite vegan dish to share

By signing up for this event, you agree to the following:

• Participation is entirely voluntary. You are responsible for your own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing throughout the event.

• This gathering is intended as a space for self-exploration, reflection and community. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment.

• The optional microdose is offered as a personal choice. Participation in the circle does not require taking a microdose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a history of psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or are currently using medication that may interact with truffel, please contact me before registering and consult a qualified healthcare professional.

• You are always welcome to participate in a way that feels right for you. You may choose to share or remain silent during sharing rounds, and you are encouraged to honour your own boundaries throughout the evening.

• Everything shared within the circle is confidential. Participants are asked to respect the privacy of others and not share personal stories outside of the space without explicit consent.

• This is a substance-free event with the exception of the optional microdose offered within the container. Please arrive sober and refrain from the use of alcohol or recreational substances before attending.

• Respect for yourself, fellow participants and the space is expected at all times. Discriminatory, abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made up to 7 days before the event receive a full refund minus any payment processing fees.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. However, your ticket may be transferred to another person after notifying the organiser.

• If the event is cancelled by the organiser, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.
