❈ What to expect? ❈
On this evening we come to gather, where all of YOU is welcome to be experienced and expressed. You don't need any experience, you can just come as you are and receive the blessings that we have to bestow upon you.

❈ What this evening will look like ❈
- You will receive a powerful LEAP session by two facilitators, Serena and Jacky, who will deeply hold space for you, to release and let go of what does not serve you anymore. So that you can go home feeling more space to experience love and joy in your life
- You will receive voice medicine, through live songs from musician Mia Mayah. She travels the world to encourage and empower people to open their heart and voice, and stand in their true expression. You can sing or hum along or listen to the songs, as you feel like in the moment.

❈ About LEAP (Lifeforce Energy Awakening Process) ❈
Life-Force Energy Awakening Process is a direct transmission of life-force energy. This transmission brings about a deep awakening of the life-force energy (kundalini) within you. This energy is intelligent beyond the minds understanding and brings you exactly what you need in the moment to heal and to let go. Eventually this energy will bring you back to your most authentic expression, raising you frequency from within, causing your reality to shift in the most profound ways, overtime. The kundalini energy often lies dormant within us, making us able to only benefit from a very limited amount of lifeforce energy. However, once this energy is awakened, it will rewire our brains and nervous system, by continuous exposure and practice of conscious awareness. Making us able to tap into our highest potential.

❈ During the Session
After a meditation, you may lie down on your mat, under a blanket, with your eyes closed.
Guided by music (an intuitively curated playlist) and gentle touch, you will receive the energy transmission. As your life-force energy awakens, you may experience various sensations: warmth or cold, energy flowing through your body, muscle vibrations or spontaneous movements, visions, insights, or the release of emotions…

❈ Voice Medicine
Mia Mayah leads singing circles, sound healings, and voice workshops. She travels the world guiding others to open their voice and heart. You don’t need to “be able” to sing—opening your voice and heart is liberating and deeply supports the integration of your Leap session.

❈ Practical Information
After the session there will be tea and healthy snacks to land in the space. Mats and blankets are provided, but you may also bring your own blanket. You can bring a bottle of water. Try to avoid heavy meals about 1.5 hours before the session. For any questions, feel free to send me a message.
