This Advanced Slow Sex Special is a 5-hour in-person group journey into authentic connection, embodied intimacy, and the art of slowing all the way down.

We’ll gather in a held, trauma-informed space to explore intimacy — not just with another, but deeply with yourself.
Through guided meditation, breathwork, partner practices, and free-flow play, we’ll slow down, feel into the body, and discover what our deepest desires and boundaries truly are.

You’ll explore:

- How your wiring influences your desires and your self-expression
- How to communicate what you want and honour what you need

Themes we’ll touch include:
- The fear of being “too much” or “too sensitive”
- The longing to feel safe, seen, and desired
- The courage to express your truth
- The invitation to rise in your erotic, sacred power

By understanding your blueprint, you begin to meet yourself more deeply — landing in your essence, authenticity, and delight.

With clear structure and gentle guidance from Anneke (supported by a trauma-informed space holder), you’ll be invited into deep, embodied practice.

You’ll learn to:

- Express boundaries compassionately
- Connect from heart to heart
- Use communication and breath as tools of presence
- Explore energy and play beyond goal-oriented sexuality

Although the title says Slow Sex, the focus is truly on SLOW — listening, feeling, and being.

Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in — we start and close together.

Meditation, breathwork, and partner or solo explorations.
Every exercise is optional — you decide how deep to go.
Underwear remains on at all times.

Only by slowing the F down can we truly listen to our most hidden sexual desires and most authentic boundaries—and build a healthy and loving relationship with our body—our sacred temple and portal to immense pleasure, joy & creativity.
