Expect a week filled with various
yoga styles, from morning energizing
vinyasa classes, yin yoga, calming
yoga nidra & restorative yoga,
pranayama, various workshops from
asana technique to yoga philosophy,
and experience the wonders of sound
healing, with several sound journeys
planned in the week. Plenty of time
in nature, hikes and day trips.

Let’s step away from the city pace and
head to the hills of Italy for a few
days of space, fresh air, and simplicity
at OLEA , a newly renovated retreat
center located in Lazio, right on the
border with Umbria, about an hour
north of Rome.

The surroundings are quiet and
green, with wide views, open skies,
and nature all around. It’s a place
where the days naturally slow down
and there’s room to breathe, rest, and
reset.

We’ll be nourished with fresh, plant-
based meals prepared with seasonal
local ingredients. Simple, wholesome
food made with care, supporting our
practices and shared moments
around the table.

ACCOMMODATION

Nestled in the peaceful Torri in Sabina,
the countryside of Lazio, just under an
hour north of Rome, OLEA is a
beautifully restored retreat centre
designed for deep rest, connection,
and transformation. Surrounded
by olive groves, rolling hills, and
serene natural landscapes, OLEA
offers a calm refuge from daily life
- a place where the rhythms of
nature invites you to slow down
and simply be.

The heart of the property is its
spacious outdoor yoga platform, a
stunning 150 m² wooden deck with
panoramic views of the valley,
along with a fully equipped indoor
shala for practice when shelter is
needed and evening practices.

I've personally been to this retreat center 3 times already, and it's fantastic. It has been recently renovated and is even better than before.
