Theme of this session: I’m weird and I love it!

Would you like to be more creative, but often find that overthinking and self-judgment get in the way?
Join the next Playground for Adults to overcome these blockages and enjoy expressing yourself freely through play.

My name is Jana, and I will guide you through a series of relaxing and playful exercises that bring you out of your mind and into your body. We will work with visual art, dance, and music. Based on my One Line Drawing Workshops (https://www.janamordhorst.com/workshops) I am offering a new opportunity to dicover your creativity.
Each Playground has a new theme — feel free to join once or come to all of them.

🌿 For whom?
This workshop is for adults who want to think less and do more. Any agegroup is welcome and you don’t need any experience with dance or art — I will guide you step by step through the evening.

🎨 Playing? Isn’t that for kids?
As grownups, we often forget how powerful play can be. Play is a wonderful way to discover new sides of yourself, improvise, and feel joy. We shift the focus from the final result to the process itself — helping you stay present and connected instead of stuck in your head.

🕗 Schedule:
19:30 – Arrival
19:40 – Workshop starts (please arrive a few minutes early)
21:00 – End of the Workshop
Until 21:30 Time for chill-out

🧺 I provide:
- All materials
- Inspiration and guidance
- A folder to take your artworks home (if needed)

- Warm socks and a sweater
- Comfortable clothes you can move in
- A sketchbook, that you always wanted to start ;) (optional)
- You favourite drawing material (optional)
- Openness and curiosity

❌ Tickets & Cancellation:
1. Please secure your ticket at least one day before the workshop. Thanks :)
2. Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else or attend another session.
3. We require a minimum number of participants. If there aren’t enough sign-ups the day before the workshop, there is a chance that I may need to cancel it. Of course, you will receive a full refund in that case. I let you know as soon as possible if that's the case.
