A workshop with Denise Kooij

A body-based workshop for men who are done pleasing, performing, or keeping their desire quiet.

Many men have learned only two ways of relating to desire.
They either become the Suppressed Lover and disconnect from what they feel, or the Chasing Lover and look for validation, stimulation, or release outside of themselves.

Both patterns pull you away from your truth.

I offer a third path: the Liberated Lover.
A man who can feel his desire, stay present with it, and express it from truth.
This workshop is a first step into that path.

That is Erotic Integrity.

Not suppressing desire.
Not performing desire.
But feeling it, owning it, and letting it move through the body with heart, honesty, and self-trust.


💜 What this workshop is about

This workshop is about reconnecting with the parts of yourself you learned to keep quiet.
The part that desires. The part that knows what it wants. The part that can feel more, express more, and take up space.

When desire is connected to your heart, it is not dangerous.
It becomes grounded. Honest. Alive.

And this goes far beyond sexuality.

When you build that kind of presence, everything shifts.
You relax without waiting for the outside to be okay.
You stay in your body when intensity rises.
You feel desire without chasing.
You feel emotions without checking out.

You feel confident in any situation.
Because you are with yourself.

And intimacy becomes available.
Because you are.


💜 What we do together

This is not a workshop about staying in your head.

Through guided exercises, embodiment practices, reflection, and experiential exploration, you’ll be invited to reconnect with what you have been keeping quiet until now.

One of the core practices I guide is the 3 Pillars exercise, where we explore the connection between mind, heart, and sex in your body.

Each pillar carries its own truth and wisdom. In this practice, you get to feel how connected these parts are in you, and begin to bring them into deeper alignment.
That is part of Erotic Integrity.

We also work with fuck and kill energy. The raw fire in you that may have been pushed down, hidden, or made wrong.

This is a space to feel these energies consciously, to own them, and to expand your capacity to express them in a grounded and liberating way.
