You are very welcome to join our meditation circle every Sunday evening. 😊🙏
This kind of a meditation helps to regulate and relax the nervous system and going deeper to explore what is inside, and after all find the peace. ✌️ 😊
You don't need any previous experience for the participation, feel free to join as you are.
We are speaking in English as at the arrival and the sharing circle as well. The sessions are held in English. 🙏
Arriving 15 minutes before the start to settle down and drink a cup of tea. 🙏😊
The sessions are donation-based(5 euros minimum only in cash/session),the donations we use for the energy costs and for the improvement of Sarana. 🙏🤗
The schedule:
Arrival between 18:45-19:00
10 minutes silent walking meditation
30 minutes silent sitting meditation
15-30 minutes sharing circle
Closing
What to bring?
-bottle of water
-comfortable, layered clothes
-warm slippers
-you can bring your own sitting pillow if you prefer that
-an extra blanket if you feel cold
-parking is free around the Sarana( and there is a big parking lot also by the main road, if you are coming from Horst)
After the arrival we close the door of the temple, so everyone can focus on it's own practice without any interruptions, so please pay attention to arrive in time.😊
Even if the practice is happening in silence there is always a space holder who guides the session and holds the space for the sharing circle.
Important:
*If you have any mental/psychological complications please discuss with your doctor or psychologist before joining our sessions and let us know if there is something we have to pay attention on.
*People under influence of any drugs or substances are not allowed to join our sessions.
*If someone's behavior is not acceptable we have the right to exclude the person from the session.
