Join me for a half-day retreat combining microdosing and Yin Yoga to support self-love, emotional healing and emotional release.
Your body holds onto everything you’ve experienced — emotions, stories, patterns. Throughout this journey, you’ll be guided by music, touch, and essential oils, inviting you into a state of deep relaxation where you can fully drop into your senses and connect deeply with your body. As you uncover what’s been stored within, you’ll be invited to gently integrate it back with love — creating space for softness, release, and a deeper relationship with yourself.
This journey is designed to help you shift into a space of self-compassion, forgiveness, and release.
🍄 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗱𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗧𝗲𝗮 — a gentle invitation to quiet the noise of your mind and open yourself to new perspectives and deeper insights.
It’s optional, you can choose so on the day.
🧘🏼♀️ 𝗬𝗶𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 — holding poses for at least 5 minutes, we’ll work with the energetic highways (meridians) of the body to release tension, clear blockages, and invite in pranic energy to flow freely again.
🧠 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 — I’ll share simple practices to help you shift your thoughts and deepen the relationship with yourself. With the support of the microdose, your mind becomes more receptive to change and new ways of seeing things.

🌿 About the Facilitator – Chava Wild Roots🌿
Steph combines plant medicine, yoga, and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to guide people on transformational journeys of self-discovery and healing. With extensive experience in ceremony work, she holds space for deep emotional and energetic release using Kambo, Rapé, Sananga and mushrooms, always focusing on integration to bring lasting clarity into daily life.
With over 800 hours of yoga and philosophy training, she blends mind, body, spirit, and energy practices to help others release blockages, shift old patterns, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Her NLP background supports mindset shifts, helping people break free from limiting beliefs and step into their power.
