Directions: It might not be so easy to find if you havent been there before! Use Google Maps to get to the exact spot.
In text: Don't go to the main entrance, but go on the right side around the outside of the building with your bike or car (or boots) till you can't go anymore; there you will find the dance space.

Come join us for a playful dance workshop and jam! Let’s explore movement in relation to others, the floor, and the space. Each session will start with a workshop in which we tune in with the basic principles of CI; sharing weight, touch and body awareness. After the workshop there is the jam where you can play, practice and dance in your own way.

Every Body is welcome, no matter how much experience you have.


WHAT TO BRING:
– Clothes that are easy to dance and move in
– A bottle of water might be handy; there will be water/tea/snacks available
– Take off things like bracelets, necklaces, belts with hard (metal) points, because you can hurt yourself or others with it if you roll over someone

NOTE
You can eat at the Free Café afterwards in the same building, enjoy food cooked by volunteers for free or a donation. Opens at 18.00 till 19.00

Workshop & Jam: 25 euro
Workshop only: 20 euro
Jam only: 10 euro
