A Tantric practice session for seasoned practitioners


INTRODUCTION

You already know the freedom of living your truth — expressing yourself fully, exploring your desires and shadows, and being present in the richness of life. But how often do you actually live this way?

In our Level Two Practice Session, you’ll step into a safe, open space where every part of you is welcome. Here, you can reconnect with your natural state, surrounded by others who, like you, long for freedom, presence, and authenticity.

Life often pulls us back into old patterns. “Why do I forget?” “Why do I let myself be overrun by demands again?” You’re not alone — and you’re not failing. It takes courage and practice to unlearn conditioning and open to life as it truly unfolds.

With regular practice, you’ll learn to relate to your thoughts, feelings, and actions in a new way. Over time, joy, love, creativity, and freedom will shine forth naturally — whatever happens in your daily life.

Step in. Reconnect. Let yourself be reminded of your full, alive self.


WHAT WILL WE DO?

Most importantly, we will be together — held by the safe, powerful energy of the group, and feeling a true sense of belonging.

We’ll explore intimacy, fear, sexuality, shame, anger, desire, joy, and the senses, using breath, movement, writing, inquiry, touch, visualization, and meditation as our tools.

Every session centers on cultivating awareness, the space from which transformation naturally unfolds.


FOR WHOM?

The Level Two Practice Sessions are open to all humans.

Minimum age: 18 years.

You are most welcome if you long to feel whole, fully alive, and are willing to courageously explore the beliefs and patterns that keep you from being fully real. This is for anyone ready to embrace intimacy — both with themselves and with others.

A foundational Tantra course (such as our Level One Tantra Training or a similar (classical) Tantra program you attended elsewhere) is required to join. If you’re unsure whether this session is right for you at this moment, please reach out to Mirjam.

Sessions will be offered in Dutch or English, depending on the group.


YOUR TEACHER - Mirjam Maëla

Mirjam holds a master’s degree in Psychology and is a trained as a coach specialised in the language of the body.

For over 20 years, she has studied and practiced Dzogchen (Tibetan Buddhism), mainly at Rigpa and with Jan Geurtz. Today, her main focus lies on Śaiva Tantra, which she studies and practices with Hareesh Christopher Wallis and Daniel Odier.

The beautiful and spacious venue De Meditatietuin, Amstelpark 6 in Amsterdam.

Please come in time so you can settle yourself (it can take a while to find the venue, so you might want to schedule some extra time).

Free parking on Sunday.
