Embodied Knowing - Systemic Movement
'Making the Invisible Visible'
Some things we carry without knowing.
Patterns we've grown into. Shapes we've taken on - from family, from culture, from survival. Structures that once made sense, but maybe no longer fit who you are becoming.
We don't always see them. But the body knows.
What is Systemic Movement?
Your body is an intelligent, living system. It holds memory, emotion, and relational patterns that extend beyond conscious awareness.
Where Energy Movement LAB is about meeting and expressing yourself fully in grace - Systemic Movement works with these underlying dynamics - the invisible structures that shape how you move through life. Through movement, breath, and systemic exploration, what is hidden begins to take form.
As you move, patterns become tangible - as sensation, impulse, image, or tension. This is where embodied knowing emerges: something directly felt.
From there, change becomes possible.
Stagnation can shift into flow.
Repetition can open into new choices.
What we explore together
What recurring patterns are asking to be seen? What roles and shapes have you taken on - and do they still fit? Where is there ease, and where is there friction? Using movement, breath, and constellation work, we follow these questions through the body - revealing what the mind cannot yet reach.
In a supported space, the nervous system can settle and open - allowing new ways of moving, relating, and being to emerge.
Who is it for?
Anyone who senses there are patterns or dynamics in their life that want to be seen - and is curious to meet them through the body. No movement experience needed. Come as you are.
