The Toltec Lineage Behind This Work

This journey is deeply inspired by the teachings shared by Carlos Castaneda and the lineage of Toltec seers — often referred to as “the sorcerers” — whose work was never about belief systems, rituals or spirituality as an identity, but about direct perception, energetic sobriety and freedom of awareness.

The Toltecs understood the human being as an energetic field. Their methods were practical, embodied and uncompromisingly experiential. Rather than accumulating knowledge, they trained attention. Rather than seeking comfort, they cultivated clarity. Their aim was simple and radical: to reclaim the energy bound in habits, emotional reactions and personal history, and redirect it toward awareness and conscious action.

At the core of this work are three fundamental practices:

Intent — the silent force that moves life when attention is aligned and action becomes precise.
Recapitulation — a method to retrieve energy trapped in past experiences by consciously revisiting and releasing them.
Intensi — embodied movements and breathing practices designed to mobilize, circulate and stabilize energy within the body.

These practices are not symbolic. They are meant to be lived, tested and integrated into everyday life. In this course, Toltec wisdom is translated into a contemporary, grounded practice - not as a philosophy to follow, but as a way of relating differently to energy, perception and choice.
