This gentle breath circle is an invitation to pause, soften, and create space for rest.
In a warm and safe environment, you are guided to step out of your head and reconnect with your body.
We work with regulating breathing, guided meditation, and visualizations.
These practices support the nervous system and help activate the vagus nerve, the body’s natural system for rest and recovery.
Everything happens at a calm, comfortable pace.
There is nothing to push, fix, or achieve.
No experience with breathwork or meditation is needed, curiosity is enough 🙂

Sara Horvath - Breathwork & Mindfulness Trainer (VMBN Category 1) at Mettaya.
I work with gentle breathwork and mindfulness to calm the nervous system and support embodied awareness.
My sessions are held in a warm, grounded setting, where you are invited to simply arrive and be.
📍 Practical Information
• Welcome from 6:45 PM: arrive calmly and settle in
• Time after the session to enjoy tea and gentle integration
• Yoga mats, meditation cushions, and blankets are provided (feel free to bring your own)
• Bring a closed water bottle or cup.
💡 Contraindications
This session is not suitable if you currently have, or have had in the past:
• epilepsy
• serious heart or cardiovascular conditions
• severe psychological difficulties
• or if you are pregnant
This is not because the session involves physically demanding exercises, but because the breath circle takes place in a group setting, and certain experiences or backgrounds may require more individual guidance.
