LEAD is a deep-dive programme designed for conscious spaceholders - coaches, therapists, psychologists, and curious seekers -who want to refine their craft and elevate the quality of their spaceholding for clients, groups, or for their own personal development.

This programme is the culmination of over 20 years of experience in transformational facilitation, psychology, Tantra, leadership development, and energetic work. 

LEAD is designed to expand your embodied knowledge, sharpen your skills, and upgrade your leadership presence. Each Masterclass Day is a training-style experience, including interactive discussions, breakout groups, presentations, demos, and hands-on practices to master.

MASTERCLASS DESCRIPTION PARTNERSHIP PATTERNS

Couple dynamics are multi-layered structures. They include two individual systems combined, a new entity of relating, with at times years of built-in habits and behaviourial patterns. During this day we explore the most common partnership dynamics, how to create interventions and move beyond them. We explore how to integrate the body and physical knowledge into intervention techniques, or to your own dynamics of relating (in any paired dynamic). Expect ground, tools for deeper connection and a wiser body.

FACILITATOR | MSc. KARLIJN KOUWENHOVEN

Karlijn holds a Master of Science in Social & Organizational Psychology and has a background in Leadership Development & Change Management at a global consulting firm. She is a certified Hatha & Tantra Yoga Teacher (Heart of Shiva, Melbourne) and founder of KABIRA.
Since 2014, Karlijn has led transformational retreats, therapy sessions, and workshops worldwide, guiding individuals into deeper embodied awareness. She has facilitated training since age 16 and designed her first train-the-trainer program at 21. Known for her powerful, no-BS, and deeply transformative approach, Karlijn blends psychology, Tantra, and mysticism into experiences that shift people’s lives.
