Playfight meets Contact Improvisation

Over dit evenement

Through the lens of Play Fight and Contact Improvisation, with constraints and movement games, we explore how these practices can mutually reinforce each other.

In a moment of movement research the dancer and player communicate through a vocabulary of yielding, pushing, offering and pulling. Sometimes the intention is to give an opportunity of mobility, in the next someone proposes constraints, always with generosity, fun and care.

For all movers and wild cats wanting to expand their groove 🔥🐈.

The class will be facilitated in alternation between Tommy Russo and Harald De Bondt.
