And as you can guess, it is not just about dance. It is a clear mirror of your life. It is a dance using energy dynamics between the feminine and the masculine energies. The power of polarity and polarity switches are an accelerator to reveal the truth faster. How you relate to flow, to change, to vulnerability and surrender? Where are you still closed off, in your head, overanalyzing, all of that will be gently revealed and welcomed and in a soft energy allowed to melt whenever it is ready. Not pushing anything away, but welcoming with loving kindness.
It is not a ‘dance class’ but an embodied, therapeutical journey that lets go of any dance techniques and let the universe move you from within. It can get messy, ugly, animalistic, loud, sensual, graceful and all of that what is real. It is about truth, when you feel safe to get out of the way and ‘let it happen to you’. You might be mesmerized of what is there.
