beautiful style of Yoga. Balance your inner sun and moon during two XL sessions where Simon seamlessly interweaves asana, breathwork, mantra and movement meditation. We will start the day with a vibrant practice to move stagnant energy, followed by a deep soulful afternoon session for total relaxation. During this retreat day you will explore unique teachings on the Yoga of Sound, Both sessions are supported by beautiful
soundscapes, live music and song. Liberate your voice as well as your body to free your soul.

RADIANT FLOW | Morning session 10:30- 13:30
Energetic Yoga, Dynamic breathwork and mantra

Dive into a liberating Energetic Flow sequence to detox and move stagnant energy. Awaken the pulse of your Life Force as you free Prana energy to flow through your meridians, body & mind. During this XL sequence, dynamic breath energywork flow organically into an extended energetic Vinyasa sequence. This practice will give you a flush of new energy that will reconnect you to your vitality, release stress and open you to a wonderful feeling of energetic flow. This session includes mantra & chants to activate Prana and open the heart chakra. (Re)connect to your Zest for Life and embody your freedom during this signature Radiant Flow masterclass.
This session is open to all levels and Simon offers different options for students of all levels.

Gentle Flow Yoga, Sound healing & Mantra magic

Nourish yourself during a deep and soulful lunar (yin) flow journey.
Experience Simon’s Shanti Flow teachings for inner healing and regeneration. Experience how you can nurture your Yin quality during flow based Yoga practices. Simon will open the afternoon session with deep relaxation and a nourishing Ocean of Sound bath using voice and instruments. From there we will organically move into the exploration of breath-guided
movement and gentle lunar flow. Explore soft movement patterns from a place of deep surrender and ease.
This masterclass is a deep and soulful lunar journey, suitable for all levels.

Simon is a senior flow teacher and teacher trainer. He has developed his own signature style of teaching inspired by his life long study of Yoga and movement based practices. Simon’s motto is ‘Live your love and embody your freedom” He invites students to give themselves fully to the flow experience and to dive deeply into the mystical teachings of Yoga as a tool for transformation. He offers refined teachings on breath, flow and movement meditation.
