Come to our taster event! A night for everyone who is interested and curious about the upcoming Liminal retreat 11-14 Augustus. If you decide to book a spot after attending this event you will get 10% off the full price.

For this one, we have invited our guest facilitator Jarl. DJ YARL, also known as Jarl Hector, is more than just a DJ; he is a messenger of the transformative power of music. His sets are not just entertainment, but rather a journey of self-discovery, a space where people can come together to connect, express themselves, and experience the magic of music.

Combining his skills as DJ with his expertise as breath work facilitator, Jarl will guide us through a movement practice guided by his carefully curated music. After which we will turn our attention inwards through a deep and relaxing guided breath work journey.

We will end the night with Authentic Relating exercises lead by Sieta in order to deeply connect with yourself and others and practice how to stay present and grounded when interacting, so you feel deeply nourished and centered.
