Establishing a sacred, loving connection with ourselves is the basis for building nourishing relationships with others.

In this Special Class we slow down and move inwards,
going on an Inner Journey through Meditation, (Self) Massage, Somatic & Yin Yoga, Intuitive Movement and Sound Bath.
We cultivate our inner wisdom & guidance through Oracle Cards & Journaling.
And we connect with our heart & love by enjoying Cacao from Rumah's neighbor @WildChildCacao in various forms.

Your facilitator:

Lotta: Certified in Vinyasa, Yin, Somatic Hatha, & Nidra from trainers in the Netherlands, India & Argentina, Lotta guides students towards a deeper connection with themselves. With a dance background & six years of experience facilitating Free Movement sessions, Lotta incorporates a somatic approach into all her classes, inviting you to consciously connect with your body & breath, always listening to your own body first. The aim is to help you rediscover your inherent inner peace and to experience freedom on & off the mat.
