Circling with and among horses

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 '𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘀' 𝗱𝗮𝘆 @𝗞𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗵𝗼𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲. We will be with a maximum of 10 participants. You are welcome with or without Circling experience.


𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘀?
Horses are masters in embodiment and presence. They sense their surroundings (including us as human beings) extremely well. Being only in the present moment, they react in powerful, innocent and physical ways to our presence. We will explore bringing horses into our Circles, acknowledging them as equal participants. Everyone will have the opportunity to have a one-on-one meeting with a horse where we guide you into bringing more awareness and presence. Also on the menu: birthday circles / surrendered leadership circles among the horses / embodied leadership experiments.


We are hosted in 𝗞𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗵𝗼𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲, a stunning nature reserve with professional accommodation, a 30' drive from Leuven. The horses we will work together with are taken care of by Kheiron (𝗞𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻. 𝗯𝗲). This organisation engages them in training activities with managers and teams on collaboration and leadership. They live in conditions that resemble their natural environment and way of living as much as possible: they live outside the whole year in a herd, the food and care they get are as natural as possible, stallions are not castellated... The natural way in which they live together enhances their reflective qualities and also makes them safe for inexperienced people.


𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘀' 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀.
Horses are prey and herd animals, strongly connected to each other and the environment; they are one breathing entity. They are super sensitive to everything around them, especially to us as predators. They live in the here and now and react directly and openly. That is why horses can mirror and confront us with ourselves sharply, from a position of connection and compassion. They mirror discrepancies, disharmony and tension in the individual and in the group. In this way, they contribute to self-knowledge, behavioural change, integration and restitution.


𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴
Circling is a fast-growing practice that guides you into a more profound experience of presence and connection.
Through Circling, we develop sensitivity and empathy, build capacities to better understand our impulses and intuitions, and learn to communicate our boundaries and longings more clearly.
In Circling, we bring meditative acceptance and awareness to what's happening in the moment by allowing our presence, aliveness, and truth to come into connection with another person or a group.

When we slow down, focus, and reveal what's happening between us here and now, we create space for more profound meetings with the people around us and deeper intimacy with ourselves.
You'll likely gain deep personal insights, feel yourself more profound, and see habitual ways of being you didn't realize you were doing.
The practices typically open up new realms of connection - feeling deeply seen, getting a visceral sense of connection and intimacy with others and an idea of how you got there - an authentic contact that feels nourishing.
Perhaps you'll get a taste of what matters most to you and have some experiences of synchronicity, collective intelligence or even psychedelic like experience.

𝙋𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙇𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙩: 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙣
Pieter facilitates Circles since 2019 and has trained with Circling Europe intensively. He's a coach, trainer and partner for about 15 years at Van Kelst & Co, bringing Circling to business and leadership programs. Spending time in nature is where he finds truth, nourishment and support. Pieter workes with horses, trees and plants already more then ten years, exploring the depth and possibilities of connecting with nature beings.

𝑲𝒐𝒃𝒊 𝑩𝒆𝒄𝒌: 𝒄𝒐-𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒅 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓
For the past 4 years Kobi has been involved with and then trained in different Circling practices (Circling Europe and HeartIQ).
She currently works as an aqua massage practitioner (wata and watsu) and has an extensive background in yoga, dance, meditation, self-development and tantra. She was trained and employed as a sculptor for 18yrs and continues and probably always will be ‘making’ something as her hands and heart need to create!! She strongly believes in the profound intelligence of the body and loves assisting others back to their own body’s wisdom and connection.
