You’re warmly welcome to this Day of Silence.
A day just for you,
to step back for a while
and reconnect with your mindfulness practice.
Practicing mindfulness can feel even more nourishing
when you have all the time and space you need.
No to-do lists, your phone on silent,
and a gentle arrival in the here and now
fully experiencing each moment, held by silence.
Throughout the day, including the breaks, we’ll remain in silence.
Before we begin, there’s a chance to meet each other briefly,
and at the end of the day you’re welcome to share your experience.
I’ll guide the meditations in a warm and spacious way.
This style is often appreciated by people with some meditation experience.
If you’re completely new to meditation,
you might find the guidance a bit less detailed at times.
That’s why some prior experience is helpful.
If you feel comfortable being in silence for longer periods,
you have enough experience to join.
