In this short but powerful introductory workshop you can get a glimpse of yourself as a relaxed open being; you can experience the relief of letting go.

Letting go of your masks, exploring your desires and your boundaries, expressing yourself freely. In short this class is about being intimate with (all parts of) yourself. And from that place connecting truthfully to another person.

During this profound and experiential Intro to Tantra workshop we will work with meditation, movement, breathwork, inquiry and touch.

In a safe and open space you are invited to connect truthfully with yourself and others. Always on a voluntary basis.

FOR WHOM?

This workshop is for you if you’re curious what Tantra is about and/or if you wish for more ease in your life. As a seasoned practitioner you can use this workshop to enliven or deepen your practice.

Intro to Tantra is open for men and women (regardless of sexual orientation); singles & (occasional) couples with a minimum age of 20 yrs.

This workshop is a powerful stepping stone to our Level One Tantra Training or our Tantra Year Training 26.

Once you get a glimpse of your full potential and aliveness, you want more of this profound Tantric work!

There is no prerequisite for this workshop.

YOUR TEACHER - Mirjam Maëla

Mirjam holds a master in Psychology and is trained as a coach specialized in working with language of the body.

For 20+ years she studied and practiced Dzogchen (Tibetan Buddhism) mainly at Rigpa and with Jan Geurtz. Nowadays her main interest lies in Śaiva Tantra, studying and practicing these profound teachings with Hareesh Christopher Wallis and Daniel Odier.

The beautiful and spacious venue De Meditatietuin, Amstelpark 6 in Amsterdam.

Please come in time so you can settle yourself (it can take a while to find the venue, so you might want to schedule some extra time).

Free parking on Sunday.
