The powerful combination of gentle yoga and a heart opening gathering allows you to connect body, mind, and soul. By moving your body and opening your heart, you create space for release, clarity, and peace.
No pressure, no expectations…just space to feel, breathe, and be.

What You Can Expect
Gentle, accessible yoga (suitable for all levels)
Meditation and visualisation
Mantra singing
Sharing circle (only if it feels right)
Deep rest and relaxation

Always held in a warm, grounded and safe atmosphere, this is time just for you. Every gathering is inspired by the current season and shaped by the energy of the group.
