After a SOLD OUT edition last year, we are back with a Paint & heal new year's vision
A paint workshop focused on letting go of the old and making space for the new. Guided by a cup cacao we will begin this evening's journey with journaling, drawing cards and a sharing round to reflect on 2025 and clarify our intentions for 2026. Using meaningful images, such as photos, objects, or symbols that hold personal significance.
Instead of a traditional vision board, we will translate our intention / desires into a painting. I ask you to bring inspiration in the form of images, colors, shapes, symbols that reflect your vision/energy for the new year ( I will also have books/magazines as inspiration). This could be inspired on things from 2025 that you wish to release, or things you want to welcome in 2026. While painting, you will literally and figuratively bring these insights to life, grounding your intentions in a powerful and creative way.
