Kundalini energy is the foundation of all life. It flows subtly through our bodies, present in every cell, keeping everything in motion, from breathing to healing at the cellular level.

Kundalini NRGY is an energetic experience that activates your own life force energy and supports it in flowing freely again. Through this activation, emotional blockages, limiting beliefs, and stagnant (trauma) energy are released, session by session, allowing you to reconnect with your essence.

During the session, you’ll lie on a yoga mat with your eyes closed. The journey is accompanied by loud music to quiet the mind and guide you inward.

I work with scents and sounds to stimulate the senses and use the 𓋹 Ankh, a powerful Egyptian and cosmic instrument, to amplify the energy.
