🌀 A note from your facilitator
For a long time, I lived with low energy and a persistent sense of tiredness. It wasn’t dramatic — just an ongoing feeling that something was off, though I couldn’t quite name what it was. In search of a way to feel better, I began studying my own energy system. I learned how my energy works — where it flows well, where it gets stuck, and how to begin supporting it.
Over time, this exploration brought real change. I have my energy and my creativity back now — and I’d love to share what I’ve learned with you.
I’m now a certified Energy Medicine Practitioner, and in this series, I offer a clear and accessible map for exploring your own energy systems — learning how to test them, recognize imbalances, and support your energy so it can support you.
