Wild Soul Whispering: A Journey Back to Yourself

Step into an immersive weekend of movement and self-discovery, where you are invited to attune to the deep heart and soul compass of your own being.

Guided by Susannah, this is a Movement Medicine journey designed to awaken and welcome the untamed spirit within you. You’ll be invited to inhabit your body fully, sensing its whispers, its rhythms, and its truths. Through movement, you’ll explore freedom, claim your power, and open to the full spectrum of your heart’s feelings. Soul Whispering is about embracing your sensitivity, honouring your strength, and reconnecting with the wild, unique essence of your soul.

This weekend offers a space to see yourself as an integral thread in the vast tapestry of life, with your own unique pulse to contribute. You’ll be guided to tune in deeply to the soft murmurings of your inner compass, cultivating a clearer connection to your soul’s guidance.

Come prepared to move, to surrender, to feel deeply, and to discover parts of yourself you may never have met. Expect the unexpected; your own soul's whisper awaits.

Susannah has been teaching movement as medicine since 1989. She is well known for her blend of passion, compassion and for the deep respect she has for each person’s journey. She is famed for the exquisite music she chooses to accompany and catalyse the journeys she curates.

Over the last years she has been apprenticed to 4 previously wild Exmoor ponies who have taught her so much about wild pony whispering and how to respect the sensitivity and strength of all of our nature as wild beings.

Our transformative dance journey will be supported by dancing with the sensitive strength of the wild - moving with the elements and with animal spirits will help us connect with the primal function and relevance for our emotions in the modern world.
