WHAT IS PRALAYA YOGA?
A system designed to strengthen the weaker muscle groups that often go unused, helping correct imbalances and support long-term joint health and flexibility.
WHAT IS THAI YOGA MASSAGE?
A deeply relaxing practice that combines gentle stretching, acupressure, and massage, often called “passive yoga." It’s done fully clothed on a mat and requires no prior experience.
COUNTERINDICATIONS
During the Thai Hand Massage class, participants both give and receive a 30-minute Thai yoga massage under the teacher’s guidance. As the session follows a group flow, individual adjustments aren’t possible.
Those with injuries or medical conditions are encouraged to book a private treatment beforehand, where a certified therapist can personalise the massage. The class is not suitable for pregnant women, and participants should be able to sit on their knees comfortably.

ABOUT SOPHIE BRINKERINK
My sports journey began at the age of four with martial arts; this experience laid the foundation for my interest in flexibility, strength and resilience. Later, I became a fitness and aerobics instructor, but the “push yourself until you drop” mentality didn’t sit well with me. The key to strength and flexibility - both physically and mentally - is a balance of focused effort and relaxation. That’s why I pursued various courses in anatomy, yoga, Pilates, and functional joint training (FRC). My classes focus on targeted strength exercises, passive and active mobility, body control, and relaxation. This approach helps you become not only stronger and more flexible but also calmer and more in tune with your body. It prevents injuries and makes you a better athlete, no matter your sport. I look forward to guiding you. Warm wishes and see you on the mat!
