Touch can become the portal to awareness…
In Tantra, we welcome our body as the temple for spiritual work. It is not by transcending our bodily sensations, but exactly through our body that we can uncover our free and ecstatic nature.

For this, we need to practice (in partner exercises and individually) how to touch with presence, how to set boundaries and how to express our desires. If we do, the touch of skin reaches so much further than the contour of our body. It can bring us to deep processes of healing and uncovering patterns that were stuck in our lives.

In this evening we invite you to explore the power of Tantric touch. Take it slow, bring awareness, and curiosity and leave your expectations at the door ;)
