This retreat is dedicated to awakening your inner life force and reconnecting with the source of light and love.
We will create a space filled with softness, beauty, and gentle mysticism, so that every participant can open up to a new level of energy and harmony.
The purpose of this retreat is to gently recharge with life force, immerse yourself in the flow of love and light, restore balance, and feel the unity with the greater field. Through movement, breathing, visualization, sound and the aroma of essential oils, we create a space where clarity, peace, and new inspiration arise.
💠 PROGRAM:
◇ Choice of Supporting Essential Oil — intuitively selecting an aroma to harmonize body, emotions, and energy for the retreat
◇ Cacao Ceremony — opening the heart and connecting with the beauty of the moment
◇ Qigong and Free Movement — activating energy flows, awakening the body, and releasing life force
◇ Meditation / Light Visualization — entering the unified field of light and receiving from the Source
◇ Sound Healing — vibrations for harmonizing body and soul
◇ Closing and gentle return
💠 ABOUT SOUND HEALING
Sound is vibration that directly affects both body and consciousness.
During the practice:
♡ relaxation and restoration processes are activated,
♡ the nervous system is harmonized,
♡ stress levels decrease,
♡ the body naturally returns to balance,
♡ processes of self-healing are triggered.
Sound vibrations penetrate deeply into the cells, helping the body and soul release tension and return to a state of wholeness.
*Contraindications (Sound Healing)
Ceremonial Cacao: contraindications — heart conditions, pregnancy/breastfeeding, use of antidepressants or psychiatric medications. In these cases, you can still join with a lighter cacao dose or herbal tea.
Sound Healing: not recommended during pregnancy (1st and 3rd trimester), epilepsy, serious heart conditions, mental health issues (without doctor’s approval), after stroke or with hemophilia.

💠 О саунд-хилинге
Звук — это вибрация, которая напрямую воздействует на тело и сознание.
Во время практики:
♡ активизируются процессы расслабления и восстановления,
♡ гармонизируется нервная система,
♡ снижается уровень стресса,
♡ тело естественным образом находит баланс,
♡ запускаются процессы самоисцеления тела.
Звуковые вибрации проникают глубоко в клетки, помогая телу и душе освободиться от напряжения и вернуться к состоянию целостности.

❗️Противопоказания (Sound Healing)
Церемониальное какао: противопоказания — сердечно-сосудистые заболевания, беременность/грудное вскармливание, приём антидепрессантов или психотропных препаратов. В этом случае можно присоединиться с облегчённой дозой какао или травяным чаем.
Sound Healing: не рекомендуется при беременности (1-й и 3-й триместр), эпилепсии, серьёзных сердечных заболеваниях, психических состояниях (без разрешения врача), перенесённом инсульте или гемофилии.

💠 Over Sound Healing (klankheling)
Klank is een vibratie die direct inwerkt op lichaam en bewustzijn.
Tijdens de sessie:
♡ worden ontspannings- en herstelprocessen geactiveerd,
♡ wordt het zenuwstelsel in balans gebracht,
♡ neemt stress af,
♡ vindt het lichaam op natuurlijke wijze balans,
♡ worden zelfhelingsprocessen in gang gezet.
Geluidstrillingen dringen diep door tot in de cellen en helpen lichaam en ziel spanning los te laten en terug te keren naar een staat van heelheid.

❗️Contra-indicaties (Sound Healing & cacao)
Ceremoniële cacao: niet aanbevolen bij hart- en vaatziekten, zwangerschap of borstvoeding, gebruik van antidepressiva of psychotrope medicatie.
In dat geval kun je meedoen met een lagere dosis cacao of kiezen voor een kruidenthee.
Sound Healing: niet aanbevolen tijdens zwangerschap (1e en 3e trimester), bij epilepsie, ernstige hartaandoeningen, psychische aandoeningen (zonder toestemming van een arts), een doorgemaakte beroerte of hemofilie.
