REGENERΔTE - Outside Ecstatic Dance 27th of May

Ecstatic dance is a gathering where we move our bodies in a journey through music. Together, we create a completely sober and safe space where we can express ourselves through movement, whilst letting go of all fears and judgements. Whether you rest your body, or release your inner wild animal in a burst of energy anyone is welcome. With regenerative food, drinks and connections, we invite you to join us on an adventure to regenerate your body, mind and soul.

This will be a special edition of REGENERΔTE Ecstatic Dance since it is our first outside dance! In the middle of nature at a lake where we can swim and later make a campfire!

18:00 - Start moving
20:00 - Closing Circle
20:15 - Hot Soup
21:00 - Live music!
21:30 - Jam session, campfire and chill all night long
