Playfight Amsterdam: Weekly Circle + Intro for 1st-time Participants

Every Tuesday, we come together in Okido Yoga to remember that we humans are still also animals. We use the rituals designed by Matteo Tangi to create a space to play, learn, and dive into our bodies. Playful, connecting with a touch of competition, non-sexual, emotionally open, warm.

Joining for the first time? Please be on time (18:00) so you don't skip any part of the introduction!

FIRST TIME INFORMATION
We like to care for the time of our regular community members, so we don't explain the practice every week. Yet we also want to create a safe space where everyone is equipped to participate and knows the ground rules. That's why we run a mini-introduction every first and third Tuesday of the month. This week includes that intro option. If you've already been to our evenings, you can join from 19:00.
