Stress, conflict and poor decision making start with not listening well to yourself, to others and the situation. How can you become more aware of what is really going on and then respond thoughtfully instead of reacting impulsively?
Through simple, hands-on exercises you will:
✦ Learn to spot and reverse your stress response - so that you remain calm and think clearly in challenging situations
✦ Acquire a felt sense of what truly matters to you - so that you can say no to distractions and overcommitment
✦ Explore how you can say ‘no’ in a way that is well-received by others - so that you create clarity instead of conflict
