We invite you to join us for this comprehensive 6-day training in Integrative Womb Hara Massage, a powerful and deeply transformational practice.

The womb is the energetic center of creative life force and feminine energy, where we can birth all of our magical potentials—whether that is children, projects, ideas, or anything we wish to create in the world. The organs within the abdominal region regulate the breath of life, energy, and blood throughout the entire body. The hara, like the womb, is also a spirit gateway, linked to the solar plexus and sacral chakra. Womb Hara Massage works to repair, restore balance, and awaken our creative birthing potential and life force energy.

In this training you will learn:

~ to give a full 2hr treatment
~ Massage techniques for the womb, sacral & abdominal areas
~ Intro into Hara diagnosis
~ Traditional Japanese Moxibustion technique for restoring harmony within the Womb - this is an online part of the training
~ Intuitive massage - to energetically restore & reawaken the Womb back into alignment.
~ Intro into yoni steaming, healing & repair of tissues within the womb & reproductive organs - this is a pre-recorded part of the training
~ Introduction of elemental womb medicine wheel
~ Ancient technique of wrapping and swaddling the body used to heal mental, emotional, physical & spiritual traumas held within the womb space, in all directions of time and space.
~ Soul retrieval of the heart held in the womb.
~ Shamanic Clearing

🌿 Certified Worldwide – Upon completion of the course and required case studies, you'll receive a recognised certification with eligibility for global insurance, allowing you to start your own sacred vocation and business.

📖 Participants will receive a lovingly crafted comprehensive manual filled with resourceful information, including clear and easy-to-follow diagrams of each movement, and all that you need to guide you on your onward vocational journey.

🌹This training is conducted by the Associate Teacher for the Institute of the Feminine Arts - Joanna Barnes. Joanna holds Womb Hara Trainings across the UK and Europe.

Massage of the abdominal, sacral, and womb areas increases the flow of chi, one's vital life force energy. It clears blockages and stagnant energy within the tissues while restoring balance to the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Through this unique fusion of bodywork, you will learn to harmonize mind, body, and spirit while guiding your clients toward a deeper awareness and connection to their womb, and the organs within the abdominal area.
