Homecoming: Family Constellation Workshop

In a chaotic and complex life, it is sometimes difficult to stand in your own place. I would like everyone to experience what it is like to take their own unique place. Your place in the (larger) system. Your strength. Your potential. Coming home to a place from which you can give and receive fully.

A (family) constellation can help you do just that.

Have you always wanted to experience a family constellation in a group setting in an accessible way?
Do you want to gain insights about yourself?
Do you want to explore patterns that bother you?
Do you want to be together in a safe and inclusive group?

This 3-hour taster session is an invitation to get introduced to the transformative power of systemic work and family constellation. We will have space for two constellations with the entire group. We start with grounding and movement exercises to make contact with each other and get in touch with the wisdom of our bodies. Make sure to bring your personal learning question(s) with you!

TIME:
Walk-in: 18.15 hrs
Start: 18.30 hrs
End: +/- 21.30 hrs
LANGUAGE
Depending on the group the session will be either in English or Dutch. Or a combination. Whatever we need to feel safe.

LOCATION:
The Sessions will take place at the Meditatietuin, a hidden oasis in the green heart of Amstelpark with several indoor spaces and two enclosed gardens. More about the place on their webpage: https://www.demeditatietuin.nl/

Please register via the Hipsy Event. The ticket price is 35€. I'll provide tea and some treats. I recommend to wear layers and bring slippers/thick socks.

About the Facilitator:

I am a certified coach and have been trained at Phoenix Opleidingen, one of the leading institutes in the Netherlands for systemic work. I hold a master's degree in pedagogy and learning sciences. Currently, I work as a teacher educator, trainer, and coach at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Colleagues and clients experience me as sensitive, thoughtful, empathetic, and spontaneous. As a Zen Meditation practitioner and passionate dancer, I try to bring the quality of movement and silence into my seminars.

Many people experience psychological, emotional, and physical issues in life that affect their relationships. While they can have various causes, they are often connected to family dynamics both in the present and across generations.

Family constellations offer an opening into unconscious entanglements in our (family) systems to bring the unknown reasons for why we carry these.

Family constellation work offers an opening into these unconscious entanglements in our family systems to bring the unknown reasons for why we carry these issues in life into consciousness and provides a safe transformative group process, by which we can acknowledge why we are how we are. By uncovering these hidden dynamics we can, at our own pace and time, reach a resolution in the present.
