We’ll begin with the Cacao Ritual — the heart opener of the evening. There will be space to share feelings, thoughts, ideas, desires, and frustrations — but also silence. Everything that arises within the group is welcome, and each gathering is unique in its unfolding.

After that, the body painting naturally invites us into new layers of depth, as well as joy and playfulness.

There’s the experience of feeling the brush move across your beautiful body, adding color and form. Being touched and adorned with love by another — living works of art, that’s what we are 🎨🧚🏻‍♀️🌚🌝

This is a space to come into relaxation together. Exactly how that takes shape is up to the group dynamic. Maybe there’s a strong desire to talk about certain themes that are alive within us or around us. Or maybe there's more need for silence, music, or dance.
