WHAT IS KAP
Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) is a direct energy transmission that activates your own life force energy. It helps clear stagnant energy, rewires your nervous system, and supports natural healing and growth.
Because KAP works through surrender, your system will never receive more energy than it can handle — making it a very safe practice.
WHAT DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE
During a session, you’ll lie down on a mat with your eyes closed and listen to carefully curated music. As you relax and surrender, your body naturally starts tuning in to the energy.
I may lightly touch or press some chakra or meridian points to help the energy flow.
The energy transmission itself lasts about one hour.
WHO IS IT FOR
KAP is for anyone ready to explore deeper levels of personal growth and transformation.
It can be especially helpful if you feel stuck, low in energy, or emotionally blocked, but also if you’re seeking a deeper sense of fulfillment or are simply curious to experience something new.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Nice to meet you. My name is Caroline, I am a certified Level 2 KAP facilitator, personally trained by the founder of the KAP Academy, Venant Wong (www.kapacademy.com).
As a former surgeon and mother of 3 kids, I aim to create a safe space for you so you can completely let go and come to your fullest expression. As an artist I am an open minded and playful person for whom nothing is really too crazy.
HOW TO PREPARE
Avoid eating at least 2 hours before the session
Refrain from caffeine, alcohol, or stimulants on the day
Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement
Come with no expectations — just an open mind
After booking, you’ll receive a Get Ready Guide by email to help you make the most of your experience.
WHAT TO BRING
A warm sweater or socks if you get cold easily (energy flow can lower your body temperature)
Please make sure to arrive on time.
We begin with an introduction and space to discuss any questions before the session starts.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
KAP is not suitable for individuals with:
Serious mental health issues
Heart conditions
Schizophrenia, epilepsy, or psychosis
If you have neurological conditions or mental imbalances, please contact me before booking.
KAP is not recommended after the 6th month of pregnancy.
By signing up for a session, you agree to these conditions.
Minimum age: 18 years

If you prefer more privacy, I also offer private, duo, or small group sessions.
