Do you want to a more nourishing and fulfilling experience in your intimate relationships to your self and others? Do you sometimes find it difficult to express your deepest feelings when you relate to others?

This day is a deep-dive into the field of intimate relating, where the most essential component is the sacred relationship to your own precious self. Many women make other people more important than themselves and tend to get lost in co-dependency patterns.
You will learn about these patterns, how they express themselves and how to untangle yourself from co-dependency and come back to yourself.

This new era we live in, is an invitation to master relationships in all areas of your life, to yourself, to your beloved ones, to your friends and people you work with.

Relationships can be the most challenging arena to enter, as it involves being radically honest, transparent, empowered and at times deeply vulnerable.

When we were children we were conditioned in certain ways and took over familial patterns in how to relate with ourselves and others. Most of us have been enmeshed in co-dependency behavior and sometimes we have also been subject to different types of abuse.

This day invites you to take a deep look at your self in regards of your intimate relationships past and present, so you can detect and become aware of your individual relational playground. The moment you become aware, you can choose a more healing and sane way of relating.

Charlotte Norell is an inspirational facilitator and a passionate catalyst in the field of awakening, mindset, self-healing, embodiment and human potential.

She works internationally since over 30 years and has been creating and holding sacred space in the form of Women’s Retreats, Mastering Relationships trainings, Dance Therapy gatherings and private sessions for individuals and for couples.

She has also been running three different retreat centers in Scandinavia and now she is renovating a house in Provence where she will offer well-being retreats in the near future.

Charlotte is trained as a Physiotherapist, Massage therapist, Trauma Healer, Sex&Relationship coach and specialized in co-dependency, dance and body psychotherapy. She is also a meditation guide and a devoted Tantra practitioner.

Marrie Wijn is an enthusiastic trainer in self development. She is a women’s consciousness guide and also engaged in innovative business growth.

Marrie started at 25, as a beautycenter owner that also offered reiki healing, massage sessions and orthomolecular nutrition analysis.
She is educated in Traumarelease, Body/shadowwork and Rebirthing.
She has hosted international retreats and led sisterhood circles to inspire women to shine in their authentic feminine essence and supporting them to connect with their powerful lifeforce and sensuality.

Marrie also trains and coaches women in business and authentic leadership.
She has also owned an online company in the USA and was running her own retreat center in Portugal. Developing Vida Verde resorts in Portugal is one of her latest projects.
Tantra, yoga, nutrition and dance keeps her fit and in balance.
