Reconnect to your feminine power and activate your healthy boundaries, knowing in your body when to say yes, when to say no.
We also dive deeper into our life energy, allowing it to have more space and expand through the body. When you wake up this energy, through specific methods, it is invited to move upwards through the spine, through your energy centers, to finally reach the last energy center on the top of your head.
In some traditions this is called Kundalini Awakening and this practice will energize you, will heal any physical/emotional blockages that might be stored in the body and will give you a deep understanding of who you really are.

We end the day with a little ritual to reclaim your true integrity and explore the archetype of the Queen.

From this day, you will receive practical tools, on how to keep your life energy streaming through you, as well as techniques to heal and balance yourself in all energy centers of the body.
This is the start of living in an electric body, alive, energized and shining your light brightly. And knowing your sane boundaries, which allows you to be empowered and living in integrity.

Charlotte Norell is an inspirational facilitator and a passionate catalyst in the field of awakening, mindset, self-healing, embodiment and human potential.

She works internationally since over 30 years and has been creating and holding sacred space in the form of Women’s Retreats, Mastering Relationships trainings, Dance Therapy gatherings and private sessions for individuals and for couples.

She has also been running three different retreat centers in Scandinavia and now she is renovating a house in Provence where she will offer well-being retreats in the near future.

Charlotte is trained as a Physiotherapist, Massage therapist, Trauma Healer, Sex&Relationship coach and specialized in co-dependency, dance and body psychotherapy. She is also a meditation guide and a devoted Tantra practitioner.

Marrie Wijn is an enthusiastic trainer in self development. She is a women’s consciousness guide and also engaged in innovative business growth.

Marrie started at 25, as a beautycenter owner that also offered reiki healing, massage sessions and orthomolecular nutrition analysis.
She is educated in Traumarelease, Body/shadowwork and Rebirthing.
She has hosted international retreats and led sisterhood circles to inspire women to shine in their authentic feminine essence and supporting them to connect with their powerful lifeforce and sensuality.

Marrie also trains and coaches women in business and authentic leadership.
She has also owned an online company in the USA and was running her own retreat center in Portugal. Developing Vida Verde resorts in Portugal is one of her latest projects.
Tantra, yoga, nutrition and dance keeps her fit and in balance.
