Dompel je onder in de prachtige klanken van een soundbath met verschillende instrumenten, zoals kristallen klankschalen, koshi's en de elfenharp en geniet van de zachte aanrakingen tijdens de SoundTouch Ceremony.
Lig, haal diep adem en ontspan. Laat de frequenties van de muziek en energie op je inwerken, door je heen stromen en je naar fijne werelden leiden. Je hoeft even niks te doen, alleen te zijn. Sta open en ontvang. Je bent het meer dan waard!
◇ PROGRAMMA
We starten de sessie met een meditatie en sharing circle, zodat je helemaal kan landen in de ruimte en de groep.
Gunay neemt je vervolgens mee in een prachtige soundbath waarbij je helemaal kan relaxen en in overgave kan gaan. Anneminke zal met haar zachte lichamelijke en energetische aanrakingen de frequenties van de klanken versterken waardoor jouw healing bekrachtigd wordt. Je cellen trillen mee met de energie waardoor je opgehoopte issues kan loslaten en er ruimte en stroming ontstaat.
Na afloop is er ruimte voor sharing en integratie waardoor je weer goed in je lijf zakt en grondt.
Aan het einde van de ceremonie ga je naar huis met:
+ een diepere verbinding met jezelf
+ een gevoel van rust, ontspanning en ontlading
+ nieuwe energie én de warme verbondenheid van humanhood
◇ OVER DE FACILITATORS
Anneminke Bakker werkt als holistisch en energetisch therapeut. Met zachte kracht, in rust en met liefdevolle begeleiding brengt Anneminke ieder thuis in zichzelf. Haar passie en tegelijkertijd haar kracht is om mensen te inspireren en te laten ervaren dat ze zoveel grootser en goddelijker zijn dan ze denken. Ze ziet Jou voor wie jij werkelijk bent: een prachtig Lichtwezen.
Gunay komt speciaal voor de SoundTouch uit België! Gunay: "Ik word blij wanneer ik mensen zie genieten, wanneer ze de moed hebben om kwetsbaar te zijn en zich laten dragen door liefde. Het raakt me als iemand de stillere plekken in zichzelf weer terugvindt, en van daaruit kan groeien. Ik leef vanuit verwondering — en die verwondering neem ik overal mee naartoe."
◇ WAT TREK JE AAN
Voor de sessie is het fijn dat je zo ontspannen mogelijk ligt, dus we raden je aan om comfortabele kleding aan te trekken in laagjes.
◇ LOCATIE
Laloli Bewustzijnscentrum is gelegen aan de rand van het centrum van Delft, naast de Hortus Botanicus. Adres: Julianalaan 67A, 2628 BC Delft. Het betreft het gebouw waar VPS op staat (bruine deur, links aan de voorkant van het gebouw).
◇ BEREIKBAARHEID EN PARKEREN
٠ Gratis parkeren kan bij het gebouw of op parkeerplaats P6, Building 8 TU Delft, Faculteit Bouwkunde vanaf 18:00 uur (navigeer naar Zuidplantsoen 39, 2628 BZ Delft. De parkeerplaats is daarvan aan de overkant). Vanaf de parkeerplaats is het ca. 4 minuten lopen naar Julianalaan 67a.
٠ Fietsen kunnen voor de ingang gestald worden. Kom je met een elektrische fiets? Neem je accu mee naar binnen.
٠ Kom je met het OV? Neem bus 60 of 63: halte Botanische tuin (+1 minuut lopen). Of bus 50, 60, 62, 63, 69, 455: halte Michiel de Ruyterweg (+5 minuten lopen).

Immerse yourself in the beautiful sounds of a sound bath with various instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, koshis, and the elf harp, and enjoy the gentle touches during the SoundTouch Ceremony.
Lie down, breathe deeply, and relax. Let the frequencies of the music and energy work on you, flow through you, and guide you to wonderful worlds. You don't have to do anything, just be alone. Be open and receive. You are more than worth it!
◇ PROGRAM
We begin the session with a meditation and sharing circle, allowing you to fully connect with the space and the group.
Gunay will then lead you into a beautiful sound bath where you can completely relax and surrender. Anneminke will amplify the frequencies of the sounds with her gentle physical and energetic touch, empowering your healing. Your cells will vibrate with the energy, allowing you to release pent-up issues and create space and flow.
Afterward, there will be time for sharing and integration, allowing you to truly connect with your body and become grounded.
At the end of the session, you'll go home with:

+ a feeling of peace, relaxation, and release
+ renewed energy and the warm connection of humanity
◇ ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
Anneminke Bakker works as a holistic and energetic therapist. With gentle strength, in peace, and with loving guidance, Anneminke brings everyone home to themselves. Her passion, and at the same time, her strength, is to inspire people and help them experience that they are so much greater and more divine than they think. She sees you for who you truly are: a beautiful Being of Light.
Gunay comes from Belgium especially for the SoundTouch! Gunay: "I feel joy when I see people enjoying themselves, when they have the courage to be vulnerable and let themselves be carried by love. It touches me when someone rediscovers the quieter places within themselves and can grow from there. I live from wonder—and I carry that wonder with me everywhere."
◇ WHAT TO WEAR
For the session, it's helpful to lie down as relaxed as possible, so we recommend wearing comfortable, layered clothing.
◇ LOCATION
Our new location is located at Julianalaan 67a in an old TU Delft building, to the right of the Hortus Botanicus entrance. Take the brown left door. The space is located on the ground floor with a view of the Hortus.
◇ PARKING
✧ Free parking in front of the building and at parking lot P6, Building 8 TU Delft, Faculty of Architecture (navigate to Zuidplantsoen 39, 2628 BZ Delft. The parking lot is across the street). From the parking lot it is approximately a 4-minute walk to Julianalaan 67a.
✧ Bicycles can be parked in front of the entrance. Are you coming with an electric bicycle? Bring your battery inside.
✧ Are you coming by public transport? Take bus 60 or 63: stop Botanische tuin (+1 minute walk). Or bus 50, 60, 62, 63, 69, 455: stop Michiel de Ruyterweg (+5 minutes walk).
