Let us come together to celebrate the HEAVENLY MOVEMENTS with Dance.

This night is more than a gathering — it is a ritual of aliveness.
We will purify, move, and CREATE our life through Dance.
We will celebrate the Moon, Life, and the ALL-MIGHTY MOVEMENT.

For our ancestors, the Lunar Eclipse was one of the most sacred moments of the year. It marks a time of transformation and renewal. Nature is at its most alive — everything is blooming, thriving in pure Yin energy.

🔥 Let’s dance with the YIN Element,
🌕 Transform softnes into movement,
🌿 Open to healing, love, and stabilisation.

As Taoists say that they are always looking at the movement of the heavenly bodies in a myriad of ways and used celestial events to tap into the energy inside us. For the upcoming lunar eclipse, we will dance with the yin energy of the moon in order to make it stronger in your body and mind.

Yin is a very subtle energy, so it’s fortunate to be able to work with it in a stronger form, such as an eclipse provides. Unlike Yang, which is quite visceral, yin is more gentle and amorphous. Yin feels physically empty, yet invokes a powerful inner feeling. When practicing with the moon, you will start to identify and feel what that is. (Bruce Frantzis)

Something special about yin energy is that you can go further with it than when working with yang energy. Unlike Yang energy, where you should not exceed 70 percent of your capacity, yin has its own natural limit, which is difficult to surpass.

Let’s play with ancient taoist wisdom. Let’s dance with it.
Let’s shine and reflect the moon.
