🔥𝓥𝓾𝓾𝓻 & 𝓘𝓙𝓼❄️: 𝓮𝓮𝓷 𝓴𝓻𝓪𝓬𝓱𝓽𝓲𝓰𝓮 𝓬𝓸𝓶𝓫𝓲𝓷𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓮!
Tijdens dit All-In weekend kom je even helemaal terug bij je (primaire/primitieve) zelf: volledig in contact met je lichaam, (je) natuur en de weg die je aan het bewandelen bent hier op deze aarde.
In dit weekend wordt je meegenomen in een diepe reis door alle lagen heen: het fysieke, mentale, emotionele en energetische. Vuur & IJs zullen je leermeesters zijn, net als alle elementen om ons heen. Daarnaast zullen de facilitators je begeleiden tijdens o.a. een 𝗭𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗵𝘂𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗲 (gefaciliteerd door Bodil & Jeremy), een 𝗜𝗝𝘀𝗯𝗮𝗱 & 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝗺 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 (gefaciliteerd door Joska) en je maag zal gevuld worden en je lichaam gevoed dankzij het heerlijke en eerlijke eten in de vorm van 𝗢𝗻𝘁𝗯𝗶𝗷𝘁, 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵, 𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿 & 𝗦𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀 (die met liefde bereid worden door Geertje).
Samen vormt dit gehele weekend een retraite die je terug naar je/de natuur brengt, met veel ontspanning en vrije tijd naast de ceremonie, workshop, yoga en het boogschieten (incl. training). Je zult kamperen in je eigen tent of hangmat, gebruikmaken van de sauna en het zwembadje en prachtige wandelingen door het bos. JE KRIJGT ER 1 NACHT GRATIS BIJ VAN ZONDAG OP MAANDAG. Dit alles op een prachtige locatie aan de rand van het Noordlaarderbos, in contact met al het leven wat daar aanwezig is.
Er is ruimte voor maximaal 16 deelnemers. De retraite gaat door bij minimaal 10 deelnemers.

In de zweethut, ook wel de baarmoeder van Moeder Aarde genoemd, maak je een bijzondere reis met behulp van de elementen terug naar jeZelf en terug in verbinding met Al Dat Is. Laat je verwachtingen los en zak in de donkerte en de warmte door alle lagen van je ego heen. Even helemaal los van de wereld zoals de samenleving die neergezet heeft. Kom in verbinding met je eigen lichaam, je eigen geest met alle energie (spirits) om je heen. Het voelt als thuiskomen! Aan het eind kom je er helemaal opgeschoond en herboren met nieuwe inzichten uit.

De Workshop IJsbad & Adem is waanzinnig en je leert alles wat je moet weten over koude training en hoe je zelf dit kunt gaan toepassen in je eigen leven (met alle gezondheidsvoordelen die het meebrengt!). Je leert en voert een aantal ademhalingsoefeningen uit (zuurstofverrijkende ademhaling & diepe buikademhaling), we zullen wat yoga oefeningen doen en een meditatie voor een goede en veilige basis: in contact met je lichaam en in rust. Dit alles samen vormt een basis voor zelfvertrouwen waarmee je het IJSBAD in zult stappen! Vol enthousiasme en ontlading!

Enige wat jij mee hoeft te nemen is:
- eigen tent + slaapspullen
- handdoeken (minimaal 2 is aan te raden)
- washandje
- badjas
- slippers
- een ‘tool’ voor op het altaar*

During this All-In weekend you come back to your primitive self: fully in contact with your body, (your) nature and the path you are walking here on this earth.
In this weekend you will be taken on a deep journey through all layers: the physical, mental, emotional and energetic. Fire & Ice will be your teachers, just like all the elements around us. In addition, the facilitators will guide you during, among other things, a 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗹𝗼𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 (facilitated by Bodil & Jeremy), a 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗜𝗰𝗲𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗵 & 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 (facilitated by Joska) and your stomach will be filled and your body fed and nutured thanks to the delicious and honest food in the form of 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁, 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵, 𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 & 𝗦𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀 (which are lovingly prepared by Geertje).
Together, this entire weekend forms a retreat that brings you back to nature, with plenty of relaxation and free time in addition to the ceremony, workshop, yoga and archery workshop. Camping in your own tent or hammock, using the sauna and swimming pool and beautiful walks through the woods. YOU WILL GET 1 NIGHT FOR FREE FROM SUNDAY TO MONDAY. All this in a beautiful location on the edge of the Noordlaarderbos, in contact with all the life that is present there. There is room for 16 participants. We need 10 participants to make this event happen.

A Sweatlodge Ceremony is a deep cleansing ceremony. In the sweatlodge, also called the womb of Mother Earth, you make a mystical journey with the help of the elements back to yourself and back in connection with All That Is. Let go of your expectations and sink into the darkness and warmth through all layers of your ego, into unity. Completely detached from the world as society has created it. Get in touch with your own body, your own mind with all the energy (spirits) around you. It feels like coming home! At the end you come out completely cleaned up and reborn with new insights.

The Workshop Icebath & Breath is amazing and you will learn everything you need to know about cold training and how you can apply this in your own life (with all the health benefits it brings!). You will learn and perform a number of breathing exercises (oxygen-enriching breathing & deep abdominal breathing), we will do some yoga exercises and a meditation for a good and safe base to start from: in contact with your body and at rest. All this together forms a basis for confidence with which you will step into the ICE BATH! Full of enthusiasm and discharge!

All you need to bring is:
- own tent + sleeping gear
- towels (we advise you to take atleast 2)
- washcloth
- bathrobe
- flip flops
- a 'tool' for the altar*
