This week’s Forest Sound Bath is gently attuned to the energy of the New Moon in Virgo — a moon of refinement, intention, and quiet inner clarity.

Virgo invites us to come home to the present moment, to simplify, and to reconnect with the sacred in the small and the subtle. It’s a beautiful time to reset, plant seeds of intention, and tend to the inner garden of your being.

We’ll gather beneath the trees for a slow, grounding sound journey with handpan, antique Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other dreamy instruments. A space to exhale, soften, and come back to yourself — held by nature and the quiet guidance of the moon.

No experience needed. Just come as you are.
